Cottonura Return & Refund Policy

At Cottonura, each order is processed through trusted third-party fulfillment partners. Because of this fulfillment process, limited inventory availability, hygiene considerations, and processing requirements, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

All Sales Are Final

Cottonura does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

  • Style, color, or fit preference

  • Delayed delivery outside of Cottonura’s control

  • Items marked final sale or non-returnable

Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it as quickly as possible and cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories, including earrings, hair items, and similar products

  • Beauty or personal care items

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Although all sales are final, we will review claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending us a message through our "Contact Us" page or you can send us an email at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defect

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, Cottonura may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement item, if available

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved resolutions are determined based on the nature of the issue, product availability, and supplier/fulfillment partner requirements.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cottonura is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside of our control.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Because Cottonura works with third-party fulfillment partners, processing and resolution times may vary. We appreciate your patience while we review any eligible issue claims.

Policy Abuse

Cottonura reserves the right to refuse any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, incomplete, or inconsistent with this policy.

Policy Updates

Cottonura may update this All Sales Final Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations, suppliers, fulfillment partners, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
