All sales are final once an order is placed. Cottonura does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect shipping information entered by the customer, style preference, color preference, fit preference, or delayed delivery outside of Cottonura’s control.

Limited exceptions may apply only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as described in our All Sales Final Policy.

Cottonura is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, third-party fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cottonura is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we may assist customers by providing tracking information or guidance for contacting the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Cottonura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees, return fees, or additional costs.
