Cottonura Shipping Policy

At Cottonura, we work with trusted third-party fulfillment partners to process and ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
U.S. Shipping

Some products may ship from domestic warehouses, while others may ship from international or overseas warehouses. If an item ships from an overseas warehouse, estimated delivery may take 5–10 business days after processing, depending on supplier processing, carrier transit time, customs clearance, and other factors outside of Cottonura’s control.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, supplier location, customs clearance, and local postal or carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. Cottonura is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged after shipment.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery begins after your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Cottonura is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Cottonura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees, return fees, or additional costs.
Because all sales are final, orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cottonura is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. You may also email us at our "Contact Us" page or our email at support@cottonura.com, and we will do our best to help you locate the package or provide tracking information.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited and overnight shipping are not available at this time.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after checkout. Because of our third-party fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
